This time next year, do you want to be the Global Innovation Manager for Customer Insight and Innovation Centres, leading the design and implementation of leading edge technology capabilities worldwide? Or Business Partner for Unilever’s Global Supply Chain where you are responsible for managing key global and regional stakeholders? Or Project Managing a project which forms the core process for Unilever business where you are responsible for the Service Model & Service Introduction.

By balancing your passion for technology with your business savvy, you’ll make the most of the incredible variety. You don’t need a technical degree to join us. In fact, most of our graduates don’t have one. What will set you apart is your natural curiosity, talent for getting to grips with complex information, and first-class communication skills. You’ll work to improve operations, give us smarter systems and deliver better results. It’s about working closely with our technical purists, understanding them, and then conveying that understanding to other non-technical colleagues.

You’ll take on a variety of projects in a number of placements. You could be helping us to grow whilst minimising our environmental impact – finding ways to save CO2 by creating state-of-the-art, European technology systems. You could be working with digital agencies to keep a major website, like our Magnum ‘Win a Holiday a Day’ competition, running smoothly. Or, speaking of dessert, you may even find yourself coming up with a way to store more ice cream than you can eat in a year – purely through technology, with no manpower required. The variety of projects is endless, but maximising efficiency is a common thread across them all. Ultimately, it’ll be up to you to make sure we’re harnessing the power of technology and using it to our best advantage. And it will see you working in cross-functional teams, even internationally, to gain a really broad understanding of the entire business.
