RBS is a bank with a plan. We’re changing and rebuilding so that we’re a safer, stronger and more profitable bank. Not just for today, but for many years to come. Good progress has already been made. But we have much work still left to do. We need new talent – people with fresh ideas and ways of thinking – to sustain the momentum.

If this excites rather than daunts you, there could be an amazing future for you here. Graduates will play a pivotal role in building the new RBS. Over the next twelve months, we’ll be recruiting graduates and interns from a variety of disciplines into more than 30 different programmes. But they’re filling up fast. While many of our programmes are closed, there are still opportunities with some, including:
