HR at Centrica is a true business partner, responsible for developing employees but also the wider organisation and its strategy. On our HR Graduate Programme, we will give you an insight into the many different areas of HR within a challenging and exciting business environment. You will be given formal training to build up your HR skills portfolio and your development will be overseen and supported by our HR Talent Board. There will be opportunities for you raise your profile with our HR
Leaders and colleagues through meetings and networking events throughout the duration of the programme. And of course, you will be a part of the wider graduate community at Centrica and so will quickly develop knowledge of the business and build relationships. In your second year, you will be given the opportunity to study for a CIPD qualification. We are looking for individuals who understand the importance of HR being in the centre of any corporate strategy.
