You do not need to have experience in any of the fields mentioned all you need is a desire to learn, as you will be trained by the best in business.

They are looking for competitive candidates to enter their trainee scheme at the Trainee Headhunter level. The ideal candidates will have an interest in earning uncapped commission on top of their basic salary in what is a very fast-paced and dynamic role.

As a Trainee Headhunter you will be:

• Reviewing candidates received from advertising / referrals.
• Conducting interviews with candidates.
• Obtaining job requirements from clients.
• Shortlisting and present candidate to clients.
• Proactively sourcing new clients and attending networking events
• Headhunting prospective candidates.
• Gather and utilise market information

Successful candidates will have a hard working and target-driven attitude. A good academic background is important as is the desire to be in an environment which offers rapid career progression.

You will be rewarded with an uncapped commission structure which gives you the opportunity to take home £3k+ monthly paycheques within 12 months of starting. The company’s top performing ‘rookie’ took home a six figure salary in their first year of employment.
