Graduates looking for employment could see as many as 800 vacancies open up in Hastings, East Sussex, if the Saga Group completes its plans to buy the One Priory Square in the town centre.
The firm, which caters to people aged over 50 by providing them services and products, will become the biggest employer in the area if the purchase takes place.
The company is currently looking for more and more people to fill a number of job positions, from agents to managerial staff. There are also other vacancies such as human resources personnel, cleaning, catering, IT and property management.
New recruits can also expect some impressive wages, along with a pension from the company, discounts for products from other companies, social club memberships and health insurance.
The Saga Group is looking to attract a range of new customers to its site, which will be open in the New Year, and is currently recruiting staff from Hastings so that its business goals can be met.
Roger Ramsden, chief executive, Saga Insurance said: "We aim to attract, train and keep the best talent that Hastings has to offer."
