Graduates in Northern Ireland will be pleased to learn that financial services firm Deloitte will be creating 125 new jobs in the country's capital.
Enterprise Minister Arlene Foster said the company, which has clients across the public and private sectors, intends to introduce the new jobs in Belfast over the next two years.
A hundred of the jobs will be concerned with the development of software, including testing, analytics and application support as part of a National Solution Centre, which is yet to be established.
The remaining 25 posts will come from a unit, which will complement the work of the National Solution Centre by developing best market practices around tax processes and administration.
Ms Foster said: "Deloitte continues to work hard to grow its presence in Belfast and this latest investment is a clear endorsement of the skills and infrastructure which Northern Ireland has to offer investors.
"The 125-job expansion will see Deloitte grow to 275 employees in Belfast by 2013. The new jobs will generate in the region of £4 million annually in additional salaries into the local economy through the provision of high-quality jobs. "These jobs will benefit not just experienced consultants but also graduates who are looking for an opportunity to begin a career within a global organisation."
