Graduates will be able to apply for marketing jobs at a Yorkshire firm that plans to open a new office in Sheffield this year.
Around 200 positions will be created by Ant Marketing at its upcoming facility in Sheffield - the company's fourth such centre in the region.
More than £2 million will be invested in the new 20,000 sq ft office on St Mary's Road, to be designed by Sheffield architects Escafeld.
It will provide telemarketing services to a range of clients, including British Gas, and is expected to become operational by the end of this year.
Ant Marketing credits a "flexible and creative approach" for its sustained growth in defiance of the general downturn in the sector.
"This is a particularly exciting move for the company, which continues to grow in difficult trading times when so many businesses - some within the telemarketing industry - are struggling," said managing director Anthony Hinchliffe.
