Job opportunities could arise for UK graduates next year, thanks to the construction of new Travelodge and Waitrose sites in three key locations.
Travelodge has confirmed that three new hotels will be completed in 2012, which will be situated close to new Waitrose retail outlets.
By the end of next year, a 37,000 sq ft supermarket and 81-room hotel will be set up in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
In addition to this, next August is due to see the completion of an 84-room hotel and a 10,000 sq ft Waitrose convenience store in Sidcup in south-east London.
Next November will also see the opening of a 154-room hotel and a 6,000 sq ft Waitrose convenience store in Vauxhall, south London.
It is estimated that 250 new jobs could be generated by Travelodge as a result of its plans, which have also seen negotiations held with other large supermarket firms regarding 25 deals.
