Explore Learning is a national network of learning centres providing maths and English tuition to children aged 5-14, designed to improve knowledge, confidence and enjoyment of learning. Children become members and attend regularly once or twice a week. Since we opened our first centre in 2001, over 40,000 children have joined Explore and we now have 80 centres in operation all over the UK.

The role of Assistant Director is varied, challenging and very rewarding; offering you the chance to gain broad business experience, while working in an environment to benefit children. No day is ever the same and you will never find yourself short of a challenge! As an Assistant Director you will be in a team of three, either launching a new centre or running an established centre. The key to the success of each centre is down to the three managers: the Centre Director and two Assistant Directors. The full time teams are graduates who all share a passion for education and the desire to help children reach their full potential.
The Assistant Director role is comprised of many different areas, providing you with a lot of variety in your day.

What we are Looking For
We are looking for exceptional graduates with:
2:1 or above in any discipline and GCSE (or equivalent) grade B in math and English. Some experience of working with children in any capacity is essential. Assistant Directors need to be willing to take on the responsibility to drive forward the growth and development of our learning centres using their promotional and managerial strengths.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £21,000 PA (plus London weighting). A target based monthly bonus scheme with the potential to earn up to £2,880 PA.
