Graduate and intern programmes
Graduates can join one of our programmes in consulting, business, IT or project/programme management. As an intern you have the opportunity to follow your interest in business, IT, marketing or sales.
Wherever you are in your studies, our programmes are the perfect launch pad for your career with HP. For both schemes, after a brief but intensive on-boarding period, you’ll be given a real role with real responsibilities. Learning from expert colleagues on live projects, you’ll be supported every step of the way by your line manager and mentor.
Throughout the scheme, your training and development won’t stop. You’ll attend sessions designed to hone your soft skills, such as presenting, influencing and communicating effectively. And through ongoing appraisals and feedback processes, you’ll plot and control your career – taking you from entry-level position to specialist, expert and beyond.
Requirements
You’ll need to hold or be on course for a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field. Equally important will be your outlook and attitude. Proactive and positive, you’ll combine adaptability with a good work ethic and desire to learn.
