Our Graduate Development Scheme
All of our graduate roles offer a competitive salary and excellent career opportunities. As a trainee you will follow Hiscox’s Graduate Development Programme, providing access to a range of training and development opportunities. The programme will take 2 years to complete and will include at least two secondments to different areas of the business, your third secondment will be in one of our overseas offices in Europe, US or Bermuda.

Internships
As a Hiscox intern you won't spend eight weeks watching others work or standing by the copier. You will spend a stimulating and rewarding summer gaining an understanding of how a modern, international business operates, as well as getting experience of the wider insurance scene.
