John Lewis Buying Graduate Scheme

We have three main buying catagories: Home; Fashion and Electrical and Home Technology. Within these are multiple buyerships. You’ll be based within one of these areas with the change to move between them. You will based at our Head Office in Victoria, London.

The starting salary for graduates is £25,000 plus there are is wide selection of great benefits.

John Lewis Merchandising Graduate Scheme

The role of a Merchandiser includes a huge amount of systems and computer based work and the analysis of figures, so you should be comfortable with this. The role should not be confused with that of the Visual Merchandiser which deals with the display and promotion of products.

You will based at our Head Office in Victoria, London.

The starting salary for graduates is £25,000 plus there are is wide selection of great benefits.

John Lewis Retail Management Scheme

It is vital that you agree to be located anywhere throughout the UK for at the least the first 18 months of your time on the scheme as this is a condition of you joining. Also, retail is not a nine to five, Monday to Friday job. It involves some late nights and also some weekend work, with a great deal of time spent interacting with customers.

We are also looking for people who want to work within the branches and not behind a desk within Head Office. If you want to only work in one location or at Head Office then you should look at some of the other schemes we offer.
