Name: Liz
University: Graduate of Accounting and Finance from the University of East Anglia
Role: Audit Senior, International Business Group
Moore Stephens encourages you to get to know people across departments. People look out for each other and you know you can ask for help. Our internal and exam training involves staff across the whole firm, so you also meet a lot of people you don't ordinarily work with. I've met colleagues not only from the London firm, but also the Moore Stephens association firms in the Isle of Man and Monaco.
Name: Chloe
University: Graduate of Chemistry from the University of Manchester
Role: Audit Junior, Public Sector Group
I find auditing public sector bodies really interesting. A lot of what we work on are topics that are in the news and it is interesting to see the point of view of the people working in the sector. It allows you to form your own opinion about what is taking place in the public sector, rather than relying on the media. I also really like Moore Stephens LLP’s size as it means that we know the partners in our group and they know us, which may not happen in a larger firm.
