They're now looking for entry-level candidates to enrol on their Inside Sales Academy as Business Development Representatives! Their sales-focused advancement program is geared towards ambitious candidates, structured in a way that plans for and encourages the growth of Business Development Representatives sales and business leaders of the future.

Business Development Representative Role:

  • Shadow senior members of the team to learn about the entire sales cycle
  • Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the Allvue offering, their products and services and how they add value for their customers
  • Undertake thorough research on prospective customers, identify key decision makers and map accounts as preparation for engaging with them
  • Personalize your outreach, whether you're reaching out over the phone, via email or through social outreach - ensure your approach is strategic and creative
  • Schedule meetings and generate sales opportunities for senior members of the team, taking autonomous charge of the leads you generate as you progress
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn and progress through the Allvue organization

Business Development Representative:

  • Educated to degree level
  • You thrive in a target driven environment
  • Commercial acumen and a strong desire to learn and grow in Sales
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills and a great work ethic
  • Intellectually curious, innately driven with a positive outlook
