Key responsibilities (non-exhaustive):

  • Executing business development strategy in line with regional and local principal
  • Supporting lead source analysis
  • Collaborating with Regional Marketing & Communications teams to host internal events in line with agreed calendar
  • Attending approved external events with clients, partners and prospects to nurture relationships
  • Supporting the development of fresh and innovative approaches to identify and attract target clients, as well as a local research strategy to win clients with the Client Relationship Team
  • Collaborate with Global Business Development team to identify and drive cross regional opportunities with target clients
  • Collaborating across disciplines regions and within studios
  • Executing the Business Development methodology, standards/practices, processes and technology solutions within the Studio to enhance the capability and effectiveness of the organisation

Candidate requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Bi-lingual fluency in English and German
  • Able to work both independently and as a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious and driven
  • Comfortable in a target driven environment and meeting weekly KPIs
  • Fantastic relationship builder, active listener and eloquent
