You’ll be part of our Capgemini Graduate Community, where business brains and technical minds create, develop and deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients’ problems.
Our Financial Services Strategic Business Unit (FSSBU) focuses on key financial services domains, such as banking, capital markets, insurance, and wealth and asset management.
The Focus of Your Role
Your role will vary throughout the graduate programme. You could be defining client business or technology requirements, formulating programme or project delivery plans, or working with a range of onshore and offshore teams to deliver overall solutions to clients.
What you’ll do
Contribute to the delivery of business-critical technology solutions to clients across the Financial Services industry.
Work on long-term, highly complex projects, developing in-depth knowledge across businesses, technologies and industries.
You’ll work with client teams to deliver technology transformation by designing, building and testing solutions ready for implementation to meet strategic requirements defined by our clients.
Your role will range from defining client business or technology requirements, formulating programme or project delivery plans, through to working with a range of onshore and offshore teams to deliver an overall solution to our clients.
On top of your client engagements where you will learn invaluable knowledge across the Financial Services Industries, you will personally develop your client and technology skills through our FSSBU graduate training programme.
What you’ll bring
• An inquisitive, analytical mind and an interest in Financial Services.
• An innovative, creative and problem-solving mindset.
• A genuine interest and passion for technology
• Effective, confident communication skills with all levels of seniority.

Empowering our people to discover what they are truly capable of, at Capgemini we will give you all the support you need to shape the future and bring your ideas to life.
Some of our roles may require security clearance. To meet security clearance requirements, you will need to have lived in the UK for the past five years. If you have spent more than six months outside the UK in that period, we will unfortunately not be able to consider you for the role.
At Capgemini, academics form part of our overall hiring decision but we don’t screen out purely on the basis of academic performance. We will assess your suitability for a role using a number of tools including strengths and critical reasoning assessments, video assessment and assessment centres.
