Communications Officer

We are currently working with a well-known material testing company in Northamptonshire who are looking to hire a Communications / Marketing expert to start as soon as possible.

Job Duties:

As a Communications Officer you will be tasked with joining the company's busy Media & Communications department to manage their external and internal communications. Duties include:

• Working with editors, designers and commercial managers to produce publications, promotional materials as well as the sales and marketing of products and services offered by the company
• Dissemination of information to raise brand awareness
• Editing and writing company materials
• Writing technical communications for both technical and non technical audiences
• Liaising with the media and handling article requests
• Attracting revenue from advertising

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or similar
• Experience in in Publicity or Communications or a similar role
• Great command and understanding of the English Language
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Administrative and social media marketing skills are an advantage
