We’re looking for someone to join our internal Talent Acquisition where you’ll recruit the latest graduates and entry-level consultants that want to join Foxtek and work as a Recruiter to our clients.

Key Points

You’ll spend your time:

  • Having complete ownership of Foxtek’s Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter for target profiles
  • Managing relationships with Rec2Rec’s
  • Utilising job boards to attract candidates
  • Thinking of “outside the box” initiatives to attract talent
  • Managing the talent acquisition process internally
  • Coordinating with internal management
  • Getting involved with social media and company branding

Job requirements

What You Need


  • Highly competent in using LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates
  • Previous experience in an internal recruitment/talent acquisition role
  • Strong communicator
  • Effective interviewer
  • Strong in MS Office
  • Comfortable working with social media
  • Happy to travel
