The Focus of Your Role
We are recruiting an audit and quality graduate to join the Capgemini Audit and Quality team; the team are responsible for providing an Audit and Quality Service to Capgemini in support of our obligations to our client. This service is an independent examination of adherence to statutory, regulatory and contractual (mainly ISO, International Organisation of Standardization) requirements together with group policies.
The role of the Audit and Quality analyst is to provide an independent view that an organisation’s risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively.
What you’ll do
Deliver an agreed operational Audit plan to schedule, reporting the status of Account compliance against the defined requirements. This involves undertaking documentation reviews of team sites and other repositories, interviewing members of project and service teams. It can also involve discussions with senior management on occasions
Prepare and support external Audits and ISO Audits
Assist the Account Quality Manager in the maintenance, governance and internal control of the Quality Management System
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree, or above, preferably in a numerate subject.
- Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office suite.
- Interpersonal and communications skills, for interviewing and report writing.
- Confident in communicating thoughts and observations in a logical and consistent manner.
- Able to manage their own activities and priorities and work to deadlines.
- An enquiring mind with the ability to analyse and assimilate information quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good report writing.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Works well under pressure.

The role will be based in Telford but some travel to other parts of the country may very, occasionally be required.
Some of our roles may require security clearance. To meet security clearance requirements, you will need to have lived in the UK for the past five years. If you have spent more than six months outside the UK in that period, we will unfortunately not be able to consider you for the role.
