Description

“It’s recruitment, but not as you know it!”

And that’s probably the best quote from an employee we can use to summarise our business.

What does that mean to you? Well, maybe you already work in recruitment but don’t like the culture many recruiters foster. You know, the kind of people that you usually find on The Apprentice. All power-dressing, Rolexes, and smashing it in the bar on a Friday.

Or perhaps you love sales and have always felt you could do well in a recruitment company but have been put off by similar perceptions.

That’s why we want to talk to you.

Because we share your values about how recruitment should be done. And we live those values every day in our interactions with our clients and candidates.

It’s summed up in one word. Professional.

We’re professional recruiters working in a niche, hi-technology sector in the US and EU. It’s a sector that’s seen massive growth over the past decade, and we’ve grown with it. As such, we have a trusted, established brand in the industry, which gives our recruiters credibility.

Until now, we have recruited across all the verticals in the sector. But we now want to niche down even further to build teams dedicated to each of those verticals.

So this is a unique time to join our business and play a key role in our future development.

As for your background, experience in recruitment is a plus. However, we’re happy to train you from scratch if you have a solid sales or customer service slant. We’d prefer you to be degree qualified in a sales or technical discipline, and you must be able to attend our office in Chorley.

In exchange, we will give you a detailed and long-term training programme where you’ll work closely with other members of our team to develop your skills. Once you’re established, we support a hybrid working model so you can work from wherever you’re most productive.

As you’d expect, we offer a transparent and achievable bonus structure based on your placements. Plus we attend trade shows in Europe and the US, so you’ll also get to see some of the world.

So, if you’d like to work for a professional recruitment company, develop your skills, learn about a groundbreaking technology, and experience different cultures, send us your CV to start the ball rolling.
