LoopUp is a fast-growing software company, headquartered in Shoreditch, London’s vibrant tech hub. We floated on the London Stock Exchange in August 2016, where our market value has almost tripled in the space of just over a year.
The success of our software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution, which helps business people host better remote meetings, has led to rapid expansion of our team and this is set to continue.
For the last eight years, we’ve exclusively recruited fresh commercial talent into the business. Many are new or recent graduates; others come with life experiences outside of the commercial world and are looking for a new challenge. We organise into mini teams of 6 or 7 people – we call them ‘pods’. The result is a committed, collaborative, healthily competitive and successful working environment.

About the Job:
We’re currently seeking ambitious and hard-working graduates to come and join our London pods. Upon joining, you'll participate in an intensive training programme covering all aspects of the company, product and market. You'll begin by working in business development, using a range of high quality, value-added prospecting techniques to secure targeted opportunities for your team.
During your first year, you'll receive continued training and find yourself playing an increasing role in customer engagements in line with your learning. After around 10-18 months (depending on your progress), you’ll go through the next phase of intensive training and boot camps, with a view of moving into either a full sales or account management position within one of the pods.
Throughout your career at LoopUp, you'll receive continued career development support from our global management team. We have an array of role models who have come through this programme, including people who have accelerated rapidly into director-level positions and travelled widely around the global group.
