MCFT has grown rapidly over the last 10 years, significantly from the contribution and hard work of young graduates. This is why a traditional commercial kitchen maintenance business is now operating all over the UK and in four countries in the Middle East with plans to be in key global markets over the next 5 years.


If you’ve had experience in catering and hospitality (perhaps holiday jobs) have a degree, an appetite for hard work and adventure and are wondering where your career might be going – something not quite catching fire – come and talk to us.


We have young graduates running our Operations in the Gulf as well as driving our business forward in the UK – and we’re looking for more, our team is growing 30% year.
