What Will You Do?
- Become the "go-to" Tech recruiter within your specific market
discipline
- Source the finest talent for clients through multiple channels and
manage the whole recruitment process from start to end!
- Build an awesome candidate community and network through the latest
recruitment methods such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Phone Calls & Meetups
- Create and develop long term client relationships- we are working with
some of the best tech firms out there!
- Travel across Europe to attend client meetings and conferences
- Be a brand ambassador for Foxtek by ensuring a 5-Star customer
experience!
What We Offer
- Clearly defined career progression route- 40% of our staff have
already been promoted in 2021 and you should expect to get 5 promotions
within 4 years
- Competitive Base Salary with Uncapped Commission – no thresholds
- 1st Year OTE: £30,000 / 2nd Year OTE: £60,000 / 3rd Year OTE: £100,000

- Opportunity to progress to a managerial role and build out your own
team within 2-3 years.
