Join us as a Graduate Subsea Engineer, working in our Subsea and Pipelines team to understand our clients problems and opportunities, and imagine, assess and implement solutions to deliver energy in the safest and most sustainable way. All whilst earning a salary of £35,000 and the support of your mentor, manager and our development programme.

As a Graduate Subsea Engineer, you could be responsible for integrity management, life extension and decommissioning studies. You’ll contribute to technically challenging and exciting projects such as helping clients on their net zero journey by designing H2 and CO2 pipelines, extending the field life of existing oil & gas pipelines, or performing advanced analysis of pipelines, risers and subsea cables. Our projects timescales are between 8-12 weeks, so you’ll be constantly learning new skills and working with experts across our global teams.

Your responsibilities could include: 

•Supporting different project stages in our Engineering delivery business

•Analysing cable lay and J-tube pull-in in Orcaflex

•Supporting on integrity management, life extension and decommissioning studies

•Developing concepts and feasibility studies for brownfield and greenfield development projects

•Learning about advanced finite element analysis of pipelines and risers

•Participating in innovation projects to streamline our toolkits for delivering assessment whilst supporting our external markets, business development and work winning activities

Who you are

You should an enthusiastic graduate with motivation to grow in your role and a Master’s degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, or Naval Architecture.
