This exciting new role sits within our operational resilience programme team, they examine how we deliver our products and services and pro-actively look to mitigate risks and provide solutions to things that could go wrong – before they do.
As the supplier relationship consultant within the team, you will be co-ordinating, analysing and evaluating supplier data to assess any potential risks, challenges, or concerns to our business and or/customers.

Responsibilities
We’re more than just a corporate culture - and this is more than just a job, so we will support you to:
- Work collaboratively with the wider operational resilience team and assist in the development of our supplier resilience standards to determine a benchmark for all suppliers
- Assist the Third-Party Resilience Manager with the collation of supplier data to evaluate their services, processes, and practices
- Build strong relationships with several departments within RSA to ensure a consistent approach is taken across the business in terms of supplier evaluations
- Develop exit plans for suppliers that cause us a concern, or we part relationships with

You will need to have achieved at least a 2.2 bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) ideally in a business or risk focussed subject.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Well organised and comfortable to work independently as well as part of a team
