Hybrid working is potentially available, depending on the area and manager.

People Experience

We call our Human Resources (HR) function People Experience – because people are what we’re all about. From attraction and recruiting through onboarding all the way to retirement, we’re here to create the journey of a lifetime. Right now, we’re bringing the business’s Reimagine strategy to life as we drive forward an ambitious people transformation agenda. In fact, we’re not just moving into the future, we are moving the future.

Adding real value to HR and the wider business, you will spend your first year focusing on multiple aspects of our agenda. Our diagnosis teams partner with business stakeholders to identify what’s required to support our people and transform the organisation. Meanwhile, our design teams are the masterminds behind revolutionising our processes and designing new products to enhance the employee experience. Finally, our experience delivery teams turn concepts into reality, so you’ll find yourself solving real problems for real people as you build your confidence in addressing key challenges. Underpinning all three areas, our Digital People Experience will profoundly change the way we use technology to interact with our teams.

In your second year, you will focus on the areas that interest you most – we’re passionate about delivering a tailored experience that reflects your desires and needs. Along the way, you will enjoy tailored professional training that enables you to rapidly develop your problem-solving skills and learn to think outside the box and challenge the norm as you deliver innovative solutions using agile methodologies and cutting-edge technology. Best of all, you will make Jaguar Land Rover an even better place to work and prosper for everyone and impact significantly on our customers’ journeys.

What’s required?

You will need to hold or be on track to achieve at least a 2.2 degree in any discipline, though we’re particularly interested in courses involving data analytics, behavioural science or psychology.

Rewards and benefits

We haven’t yet confirmed our 2023 graduate programme salary, but in 2022 this was £29,000.
