We are looking for an outstanding candidate to become our new Junior Sales Negotiator.


You will be working in our Chelsea & Riverside office as part of a successful and highly motivated sales team. We will provide incredible opportunity to earn an uncapped salary with scope for personal growth and promotion.

The role of negotiator involves: qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties. A typical day will include; a team meeting, viewing properties, negotiating offers, progressing sales and delivering the highest levels of customer service.

Company Description
Martin & Co PLC (TPFG, The Property Franchise Group) is an established estate agency chain of 375 franchised offices throughout the UK. The Chelsea & London Riverside offices are consistently amongst the top performing in the entire group and we have won/runner up Franchise of the Year from 2012-2017.


We specialise in red brick property primarily in the SW10 Chelsea area as well as new build, high specification riverside developments. This will give a successful candidate opportunity to work in two highly desirable yet diverse prime areas of Central London acquiring the knowledge of different market places, property and client types.


Our staff complement of 16 are friendly & successful making the workplace a great environment to be in.

Commission: 8% of fee income banked per month


Company bonus:
• £150 when Business hits monthly target
• £200 when business hits quarterly target
• Discretionary Christmas bonus


Use of a pool car. Mobile phone provided.


Minimum of working every other Saturday


20 days holiday per year
