Deal Advisory Graduate Programmes

Our Graduate Programmes in this area include:
• Deal Advisory Empowered
• Deal Advisory Intensive

• Mergers & Acquisitions Empowered
• Mergers & Acquisitions Intensive

You’ll gain experience of the whole deal cycle, providing advice and adding value at every stage – including on some very high profile deals. You could advise a company on a merger, how to turn a struggling business around, or how to see a new acquisition through successfully.

You’ll benefit from structured training, mentoring, funded professional qualifications or accreditations relevant to your programme, and the support you need to learn, grow and thrive.

We offer our Graduate Trainees flexible study routes. On our Empowered programmes you’ll spread your exams and work experience over the three-year programme, whilst our Intensive programmes allows you to frontload the majority of your exams in the first year, so you can focus on work experience in your remaining two years.

With access to numerous KPMG networks and clubs you’ll have the opportunity to expand your social and professional networks, too.

We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits, including 25 days holiday, a daily lunch allowance, study leave and a day off on your birthday. With up to six days of work time for volunteering – on top of your annual leave - you’ll be encouraged to make a difference beyond the office, too.
