Support our UK Financial Services business with account management and business development activities.

Our UK Financial Services (UKFS) Markets team is part of Core Business Services, and is responsible for taking EY’s business areas and solutions to market through our Sector, Brand Marketing & Communications and Pursuits teams.
Our three sector teams (Banking & Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management and Insurance) focus on account management, the latest industry views, and business development. Each team drives the sector go-to-market strategy and develops client relationships, connecting senior clients with EY people to solve their business challenges.
Technology in Markets & Business Development
Focusing on client centricity, UKFS Markets develop innovative technology solutions focused on client needs. By working with account teams, you will have exposure to a variety of technology enabled transformation pursuits and initiatives, for example Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Cloud Transformation and Customer Decisioning.

- Working with a variety of clients from start-ups to recognisable financial services organisations
- Analysing trends across the Financial Services sector
- Organising client workshops and preparing leadership for client meetings
- Listening to client problems and defining strategies and solutions
- Developing proposals for EY or our clients
Are you eligible to apply?
If you’re in your penultimate year at university and your course includes a placement year, this programme is for you.
We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will however, need to be working towards an honours degree in any subject - some programmes will require a subject relevant to the business area, and have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.
