The Role

Spencer Ogden is seeking a collaborative and highly organised individual to join our London team as Recruitment Delivery Consultant. Due to our continued success and growth within our existing client base, we have a fantastic opportunity for you focus on candidate delivery and build a career within Spencer Ogden's key account management stream.

About You

  • Graduate or Graduate-Calibre
  • A naturally empathetic, curious, and patient individual
  • You are a confident communicator
  • Highly organised and diligent
  • Self-aware of strengths and areas for development
  • Financially motivated
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Experience in sales, sourcing, cold calling, or customer service is desirable
  • Must hold permanent working rights in the UK upon application


Role Responsibilities

  • Phone, video, and in-person interviewing
  • Meeting SLAs ensuring high quality and high delivery into our key account
  • Developing active candidate pools within our renewables market
  • Working closely with the Client Services Manager, you'll market map, generate new leads, and presenting candidate shortlists to our key account
