You can expect comprehensive training, which includes specialist systems and skills training in various business, design and system management fields, one-to-one mentoring from the Department Managers and a development plan to ensure these skills progress at the correct pace.

The Role:

  • Visit various company locations across the UK to build a strong understanding of the different business requirements of the Company, the IT systems in place and how they meet the business need.
  • Be required to work with people at all levels within the Company, analysing business processes and suggesting improvements that drive our business forward.
  • Be heavily involved in the functional design and implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Liaise with the Company's software development partners, negotiating with them as appropriate to deliver high quality solutions to business problems.
  • Work closely with the internal testing team and support functions to ensure seamless delivery of the solutions that are created.

  • Willing to travel throughout the UK when necessary.
  • Switched-on, motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Commercially minded with an interest in systems, technology, how the business works and how these areas 'meet in the middle'.
  • A fast learner with excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Well-presented and able to impress at business meetings.
  • Educated to degree-level
  • A UK driving licence holder
