One of our most successful teams here at Foxtons, Build to Rent, are looking for a Team Co-ordinator!

You will be responsible for supporting the team with administrative duties that ensure the smooth running of the department.

These include:

Assisting the Managing Director in building and maintaining relationships with various corporate clients by providing great customer service

Working closely with the Foxtons Estate Agency offices to oversee the implementation of client processes and providing quick problem resolution

Helping with the creation of senior management presentations by sourcing relevant data and documentation

Creating and proof-reading bespoke client documentation

Invoicing client accounts and ensuring all banking records are kept up to date

Required skills:
Great communication and customer service skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
High proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not necessary, full training will be provided
