Here's how it works:
We partner with leading employers looking to hire junior or entry level data analysts
We work with those employers to develop a 10 week training experience designed to create elite junior analysts
We find high potential individuals looking to kickstart, accelerate or switch their career
We match, connect and place our Trainees with our network of employers.
We strongly encourage all of our network employers to offer roles with a minimum salary of £30,000.

Who we're looking for
We really don’t play close attention to your education and career history – our programme exists to supercharge your development. We do value applicants who can demonstrate they are:
- Collaborative - able to work in a team, ask for help when they need it, and give help to others when needed
- Curious and problem-solvers - analytics is all about curiosity! We want people who want to learn, ask questions, and get to the bottom of some tricky problems
- Driven and ambitious - we will challenge you to be the best you can be
- Humble and ready to learn - the programme will cover a lot of material and frequent feedback is key to quick learning
Eligibility:
- You do need to have the permanent right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are not able to accept candidates requiring sponsorship at this time)
- You must be out of full time education and able to commit to a 10-week immersive training programme starting in mid-February 2023:
- Weeks 1-5: Fully remote to give you the flexibility to learn wherever you want. Part time options available for those with coding and analytics experience
- Weeks 6-10: Full time with ~3 days a week at our training centre near Liverpool Station in London. In person attendance is required for this part of the course
- Maths A level or equivalent, or some demonstration of your analytical ability
- Fluent in written and spoken English
