What can I look forward to?
As a Business graduate you’ll have the opportunity to work across different areas within Zurich, rotate around the business and challenge yourself across a variety of areas, learning about markets and products across the UK. We’ve designed this programme to build excellent future talent for management and leadership roles and will give you unique exposure to a whole range of business areas ensuring you build a deep understanding of our culture and how we serve our customers. You can expect to develop a broad range of skills and networks, overseeing projects that deliver value to our business and customers, and creating the commercial and technical know-how that will set you on course to be a future leader.
It’s a three-year rotational programme where you’ll need to be mobile, as your rotations could take you to a number of our UK offices. But no matter what office you’re in, you’ll get to learn from some of our most talented colleagues in the business, who will inspire and guide you to be your best. You can expect to study for Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications and what’s more, your achievements will be rewarded with regular reviews and pay increases. You may even have the opportunity to work abroad – we are a global company after all!
What you’ll need:
• A 2:1 degree (predicted or achieved) in any undergraduate discipline
• At least 112 UCAS points – BBC grades (or equivalent) from 3 A-level subjects excluding general studies
• A-C grade in Maths and English GCSE
• The drive, determination and enthusiasm to make intelligent career choices
• The ability to effectively rise to complex changes
